Withdraw from contract
Use this form to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. It takes two steps and you'll receive a confirmation by e-mail straight away.
How it works
- Step 1: enter your name, your order number and the e-mail address you used for the order.
- Step 2: check your details and press Confirm withdrawal. Only this second step sends your declaration.
We then e-mail you an acknowledgement of receipt with the date and time we received your declaration. Keep it for your records. If you send your declaration before the 14-day period ends, you have withdrawn in time.
You don’t need to give a reason. If you only want to withdraw from part of your order, you can list the items in step 2.
What happens next
We’ll send you the return address and instructions. Please send the items back within 14 days of your declaration. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your declaration; we may wait until the items arrive or you show proof of sending.
