Who we are

This online shop at aveliqq.shop is operated by MISS SHORTHAIR LTD, trading as AVELIQQ, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 07733107, registered office 123 Eastern Avenue, Redbridge, Ilford, Essex, IG4 5AN, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website by consumers, meaning individuals buying for purposes outside their trade or profession. We sell to adults only; you must be at least 18 years old to place an order. The version of these terms that applies is the one shown at the time of your order. You can save or print this page at any time; your order details are in your order confirmation e-mail.

Products and images

We describe each product with its size, materials, number of pieces and colour. Images show the design and how it can be worn; colours may look slightly different on different screens, and clothing or other accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included. If an image and the written description differ, the written description (including the number of pieces) applies. Sizes are approximate.

How a contract is made

1. The products on our website are not a binding offer but an invitation to order.
2. You can review and correct your order at any time before you submit it. By clicking the button “Place order and pay”, you make a binding offer to buy the products in your bag.
3. We then send you an order confirmation by e-mail. That e-mail accepts your offer and the contract is concluded.
4. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is no longer available or a pricing error is obvious — we will tell you straight away and refund any payment in full.

The contract language is the language of the website version you used; these terms are available in English, German, Danish, French, Dutch and Swedish. We store the contract text; you can see your orders in your account if you created one.

Prices and currency

All prices include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are added and shown in your bag and at checkout before you place your order. You can view prices in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Danish kroner (DKK) or Swedish kronor (SEK). The currency shown at checkout is the currency we charge. Your bank or card issuer may charge fees for payments in a foreign currency; these are outside our control.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal; we never see or store your full card details. Card payments appear on your statement as “AVELIQQ”.

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page. We dispatch within 1–3 business days after the contract is concluded; delivery times after dispatch are listed on the Shipping page. If we can’t deliver within 30 days of the contract, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The full withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form are on our Returns & refunds page, and you can withdraw online using our withdrawal function. In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period for unworn items for customers in all countries we deliver to, as described on that page. The voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Statutory rights for faulty goods

You have the legal rights of your country if goods are faulty or not as described. In the EU this includes a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery; in the UK it includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We do not give an additional commercial guarantee.

Use and care

Our products are fashion accessories for adults. They are not toys and contain small parts, so keep them away from children. Hold, comfort and fit depend on your hair type and head shape; we can’t promise that every piece suits every hair type. Please follow the care notes on each product page.

Promotions

We currently don’t run discount codes or promotions. If we do in future, the conditions (duration, eligible products, minimum order value and how discounts combine) will be stated clearly next to the promotion.

Customer account

You can check out as a guest or create an account. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity in your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Liability

We are liable according to the statutory provisions for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — designs, texts, images, logos and the AVELIQQ name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the EU or elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly by e-mail. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
